Tanaka Farms

Tanaka is a year-round working farm, but it truly comes alive during the Fall harvest.  The Tanaka pumpkin patch officially opens September 29th, and for the opening weekend admission is free!  You’ll have plenty more than just pumpkin picking to keep you entertained at Tanaka Farms including a petting zoo, an extensive corn maze, and a wagon ride.  Kids and adults will enjoy the beautiful farm setting and ample space to explore a home-grown harvest.

Johnson Brothers Pumpkin Patch

Johnson Brothers sets up shop for the Halloween season on Jeffrey Road in Irvine.  The pumpkin selection is extensive and varied, including some ‘monster pumpkins’ that are a sight to behold.  Besides classic pumpkin fun, there’s plenty of fall-themed attractions to take part in as well from bouncers to hay lofts, a play area for the kids, corn grinders, face painting, slides, and more.  It’s a great stop for kids!  Opens October 1st, and no admission fees here.

Irvine Park Railroad

The Irvine Park Railroad is always a blast, so much so that it was voted ‘best family fun’ in Orange County!  Thousands of pumpkins to choose from plus horseback riding, pony rides, hay rides, a moon bounce, a hay maze, and so much more!  Irvine Park Railroad is sort of like an amusement park meets a farm — doesn’t get much better than that!  Watch your little one drive a mini John Deere tractor or get your spooks in at the haunted house, the fall fun is endless here!
